“Instability” is pushing it a bit too far. C’mon folks. Even the Most Divine Blackberry could use a weekly reboot every now and then. Not to mention iPhone and its quirks.
If you wanna say, WinMobile is not cool or something, then say so.
Bloggers seem to be no different than teenagers: humans in their most obnoxius and hormonal form, without any sense of reference, but boundless daring, bravado and great capacity for doing things they will regret later.

Some Apple event today. No new laptops. Even their site sucks. Announces (offers!) 2.6GHz macbook pro and then you can’t buy one.
Methinks Steve has a gap to stop, a gap between Snow Leopard and a gap between the platform. Why build 64-bit machines when Snow Leopard OS is a year away?

Nietzsche, I thought of that comment sort of tongue in cheek, but not outside of reality. I’ve been using Windows Mobile for years, and I know it fairly well, and it is my mobile platform of choice. There are times when it is a very powerful platform, then there are other times when I’m traveling and one application (like Pocket IE) decides to become non-functional and won’t do anything until I can get home and hard-reset the device. I also carry with me a Blackberry 7130 for work and an iPod Touch.
One thing I do like about Windows Mobile is the slower, better publicized development. I just bought my 32 Gig iPod Touch in March, and real Steve just about rendered it obsolete already. Built-in speakers, who would have thought…
it’s skeerier when you know that a lot of those GPS’ in cars like toyota are based on which OS? that’s right, windows mobile. {shudder!} i’m surprised the highways don’t have more wrecks out there.
