John Mayer isn't the biggest fan of the Paparazzi (sp?) and likes to mess with them on occasion. So, given that the pap's were just lying in wait outside wherever it was that this took place, my guess is he staged that whole thing. I mean, why else would he walk out in the midst of a seemingly trying helpdesk conversation with is father and then once the conversation is over, jump in a van?
